摘    要:目的:探讨马钱子散的药物动力学过程。方法:以家兔肌肉诱发电位的潜伏期为指标,进行了马钱子散的药效动力学研究。结果;马钱子散用药后其潜伏期明显缩短(P〈0.01),并与给药剂量正相关(r=0.9581,P〈0.05)。其药效动力学过程符合血管外给药的一室开放模型。药效上升速率常数为0.0790min^-1,药效倍增期为8.8min,药效峰时间为药后44.1min;药效峰强度为其潜伏期较药前缩短4.2

Abstract:Objective:To study on the pharmacodynamic process of Semen Strychni Powder. Methods:The pharmacodynamics of Semen Strychni Powder was studied in the incubation period of induced myoelectric potential of rabbit as an index. Results:The incubation period obviously shortened after rabbit was given Semen Strychni Powder (P<0.01), and was positively correlated with drug dosage (r=0.9581, P<0.05). The pharmacodynamic process accorded with the one chamber open model of intravascular administration. The elevation rate constant, doubling and redoubling period of drug effect were 0.0790 min -1 and 8.8 min; the peak time of drug effect was 44.1 min after drug being given; the peak strength of drug effect was mapifested as its incubation period after drug being given was 4.23% shorter than that before drug being given; the elimination rate constant, shelf life and maintenance time of drug effect were 0.0461 min -1 , 15.02 min and 70-80 min. Conclusion:The study results will provide a reference for rational application of Semen Strychni Powder.
