| 摘 要： | 目的探索中医药对慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗的辩治规律。方法通过总结前人经验以及本人临床十多年使用中医药对慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗探索,发现其行之有效的辩治规律,本文就是从中医病因病机阐述中医的治疗原则和方法、从西医的病理基础出发,论述中医相对应的治疗原则,以及临床辩证要点等几个方面叙述该病的防治。结果传统医学的理论与现代医学检查的结果相结合,进行萎缩性胃炎的微观辩证论治能取得较好的效果。结论慢性萎缩性胃炎应防治并举,防重于治,治疗上有一定的规律可循。
