桂枝汤治疗脑肿瘤术后多汗症临床观察

目的观察桂枝汤治疗脑肿瘤术后多汗症的临床疗效。方法将46例脑肿瘤术后多汗症患者随机分为2组,治疗组21例,对照组25例。2组术后均常规予降颅压、补液营养支持、补充电解质、预防感染等常规治疗。治疗组采用桂枝汤口服治疗,对照组采用硫酸阿托品注射液肌肉注射治疗。2组均治疗2周后评价疗效,并观察治疗期间药物不良反应情况。结果治疗组愈显率71.4%,总有效率90.5%,对照组愈显率40.0%,总有效率64.0%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P0.05);治疗组均未出现药物不良反应,对照组出现口干18例,潮热9例,心动过速5例,便秘5例,尿潴留2例,烦躁2例,对照组不良反应发生率高于治疗组(P0.05)。结论桂枝汤治疗脑肿瘤术后多汗症临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,提高临床疗效,且无明显不良反应,安全可靠。

Clinical observation of Guizhi decoction on brain tumor postoperation ephidrosis

Objective To observe the clinical effects of Guizhi decoction on brain tumor postoperation ephidrosis. Methods 46 brain tumor patients with postoperation ephidrosis were randomly divided into treatment group (21 cases) and control group (25 cases). Patients in two groups were received conventional therapy, inclu-ding reduced intracranial pressure, intravenous infusion nutritional supplement, electrolyte replacement, infection prevention. The treatment group was treated by oral administration of Guizhi decoction. The control group was treated by intramuscular injection of atropine sulfate injection. The treatment effect was evaluated two weeks after treatment in two groups, and the adverse reaction during treatment was observed. Results The cured and markedly effective rate and total effective rate in treatment (71. 4%, 90. 5%) were superior to those in control group (40. 0%, 64. 0%, P<0. 05) respectively. There were no adverse reaction in treatment group, and there were adverse reactions including dry mouth (18 cases), hectic fever (9 cases), tachycardia (5 cases), constipation (5 cases), uroschesis (2 ca-ses) and irritability (2 cases) in control group. The adverse rate in control group was higher than that in treatment group (P<0. 05). Conclusion Guizhi decoction has exact effect on the treatment of postoperation ephidrosis in brain tumor, effectively improve clinical symptoms, enhance clinical effects,without obviously adverse reaction, safe and reliable.
