益气养阴汤辅助FEC化疗对乳腺癌术后患者疗效及生活质量的影响

目的观察益气养阴汤辅助FEC化疗方案治疗乳腺癌术后患者的疗效及对生活质量的影响。方法将79例乳腺癌术后患者随机分为2组,对照组39例采用FEC化疗方案,3周为1个周期,共化疗4个周期;中药组40例在对照组基础上给予益气养阴汤口服,共治疗12周。治疗后观察疗效及相关指标。结果中药组中医证候总有效率82.50%,优于对照组(58.97%,P0.05)。中药组治疗后癌胚抗原(CEA)、CA153水平较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),且明显低于对照组同期(P0.05),对照组治疗后无明显变化(P0.05)。2组治疗后欧洲癌症研究组织(EORTC)癌症患者生命质量测定量表(QLQ-C30)均较治疗前均降低(P0.05),卡氏评分(KPS)评分均升高(P0.05),且中药组治疗后QLQ-C30、KPS评分改善情况均优于对照组(P0.05)。中药组恶心、呕吐及白细胞计数减少发生情况低于对照组。结论益气养阴汤辅助FEC化疗能改善乳腺癌术后患者中医证候,降低肿瘤标志物,提高患者生活质量,降低恶心、呕吐毒副反应。

Effects of Tonifying Qi and Yin decoction combined with FEC regimens on efficacy and living quality in pa-tients with breast cancers post-operation

Objective To observe the effects of Tonifying Qi and Yin decoction combined with FEC regi-mens on efficacy and living quality in patients with breast cancers post-operation. Methods 79 subjects with breast cancers post-operation were randomly divided into two groups. 39 subjects in control group were received FEC regi-mens 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), epirubicin (EPI), plus cyclophosphamide (CTX)], 3 weeks a course for four cour-ses. 40 subjects in traditional Chinese medicine ( TCM) group were treated by Tonifying Qi and Yin decoction on the basis of control group treatment for 12 weeks. The curative effects and related indicators after treatment were ob-served. Results The total effective rate of TCM symptom in TCM group (82. 5%) was superior to that in control group (58. 97%, P<0. 05). The levels of carcino-embryonic antigen (CEA) and carcinoma marker CA153 after treatment in TCM group were obviously decreased (P<0. 05), and its lower than that in control group at the same pe-riod (P<0. 05), and there was no changes after treatment in control group (P<0. 05). The european qrganization for research and treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire-stomach cancer (EORTC, QLQ-C30) after treatment were decreased in two group (P<0. 05), and the KPS was increased (P<0. 05), the improvements of QLQ-C30 and KPS in treatment group were superior to those in control group (P<0. 05). The occurrences of nausea, emesis and leucopenia after treatment in TCM group were lower than those in control group. Conclusion Tonifying Qi and Yin decoction combined with FEC regimens can improve TCM symptoms in patients with breast cancers post-operation, decrease carcinoma marker, enhance the survival quality, with less toxic and side effect.
