冠心康胶囊对实验性急性心肌缺血大鼠心电标测与血液流变学的影响

摘    要:目的:观察中药复方制剂冠心康胶囊抗大鼠急性心肌缺血的药理效应及探讨对血瘀模型大鼠的血液流变学的影响。方法:运用盐酸异丙肾上腺素(ISO)造大鼠急性心肌缺血模型,运用皮下注射大剂量肾上腺素加冰水冷浴造大鼠瘀血模型,观察冠心康胶囊对大鼠急性心肌缺血模型心电标测和瘀血模型血液流变学等指标的影响。结果:大、中、小剂量的冠心康胶囊组大鼠心电图S-T段移位明显低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),血液流变学指标中全血黏度比(mPa.s)、红细胞压积、血沉、红细胞聚集指数、血浆黏度比(mPa.s)与模型组比有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:冠心康胶囊可降低血液黏度,改善冠脉循环,有效抗大鼠急性心肌缺血。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the pharmacological actions of Guanxinkang Capsules against myocardial ischemia and the hemorheology on rat blood stasis model.Methods:The rat model of acute myocardial ischemia was established with Isoproterenol,and the rat model of blood stasis was established with high-dose adrenaline subcutaneous injection and being socked in icewater.The effect of Guanxinkang Capsules on the electrocardiogram of acute myocardial ischemia and the hemorheology of rat blood stasis model were investigated.Results:The Guanxinkang Capsules group compared with the Isoproterenol model group,showed obviously lower displacement of S-T segment,and compared with the blood stasis model group,decreased BV,HCT,ESR,EA and PV(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:Guanxinkang Capsules could decrease blood viscosity,improved circulate of coronary artery,and effective anti-myocardial ischemia function.
