雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病的疗效与安全性

目的 探讨雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病的疗效与安全性。方法 选取2012年1月至2013年12月海南省人民医院消化内科收治的胃食管反流病老年患者90例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各45例。观察组给予雷贝拉唑肠溶片联合莫沙必利分散片口服治疗,对照组给予雷贝拉唑肠溶片口服治疗,两组疗程均为6周。观察对比两组的临床疗效、胃镜检查结果和不良反应发生率。结果 观察组的临床显效率和总有效率分别为53.3%和88.9%,明显高于对照组的35.6%和77.8%,其差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;胃镜检查的治愈率和总有效率分别为68.9%和86.7%,明显高于对照组的48.9%和73.3%,其差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 雷贝拉唑联合莫沙必利治疗老年胃食管反流病的临床疗效显著,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Curative effect and security of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in treating the elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease

Objective To explore the curative effect and security of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in treating the elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods Ninety elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were selected from January 2012 to December 2013 in Department of Digestion Internal Medicine of People＇s Hospitalof Hainan Province, and were divided into observation group and control group （n=45）, according to random number table method. Patients in the observation group were given rabeprazole capsule combined with mosapride dis-persible tablet for 6 weeks, while patients in the control group were given rabeprazole capsule for 6 weeks. The clini-cal effects, gastroscope examination results, and the incidence of adverse were observed and contrasted. Results The clinical efficiency and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （53.3%vs 35.6%, 88.9%vs 77.8%, P〈0.05）. Gastroscopy cure rate and total effective rate in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group （68.9%vs 48.9%, 86.7%vs 73.3%, P〈0.05）. The inci-dence of adverse reactions has no significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Rabeprazole combined with mosapride in treating elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease is distinct and safe-ty, which is worth of clinical promotion.
