氟西汀和帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者生活质量影响的对照研究

目的探讨氟西汀和帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者的社会功能、生活质量的影响。方法将76例符合CCMD-3抑郁症诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,分别给予氟西汀和帕罗西汀对患者进行治疗,汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）观察患者的抑郁症状,用药物副反应量表（TESS）、观察患者的副反应严重程度,用生活质量综合评定问卷（GQOLI一74）分析患者的生活质量。结果治疗2个月末时,帕罗西汀与氟西汀在改善抑郁情绪方面两者相当,帕罗西汀副反应少于氟西汀。在治疗前及治疗2个月末相比,帕罗西汀对患者的生活质量的影响,除物质生活维度外,均非常明显改善（P〈0.01）。而氟西汀除对心理功能有部分提高外,对躯体功能、社会功能均无明显改善（P〉0.05）。结论帕罗西汀组与氟西汀组相比,帕罗西汀更能改善抑郁症患者的生活质量。

Comparison between the effects of Fluoxetine and Paroxetine on the life quality of the depressive disorder

Objective To explore the effects of Fluoxetine and Paroxetine on the social function and life quality of the depressive disorder patients. Methods 76 patients that are consistent with the diagnostic criteria of depression in CCMD-3 were divided randomly into two groups and treated with Fluoxetine and Paroxetine, respectively.Before and after the treatment,the depress symptoms were evaluated by HAMD,the side effects were evaluated by TESS and the life quality was evaluated by GQOLI-74.Results The curative effect of improving depression symptoms in Paroxetine group was equivalent with that of Fluoxetine group in the end of 2 month treatment.The side effects in Paroxetin group were fewer than those of fluoxetine group.After 2 months treatment,the Paroxetin group improved obviously the life quality except the material life factor (P<0.01),While Fluoxetine group did not improve the life quality except mental function factor (P>0.05).Conclusions Paroxetin is more useful for improving the life quality of the depressive patients than fluoxetine.
