单纯性肥胖儿童的心理行为和个性特征

目的:了解单纯性肥胖儿童的心理行为和个性特征,为建立有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法:采用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)和艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)分别对单纯性肥胖儿童和常对照组儿童各60例进行测试。结果:①CBCL测试:男生以多动、违纪、强迫性和正社交退缩因子得分高于对照组;女生肥胖组以违纪、社交退缩因子得分高于对照组。②用EPQ量表测定单纯性肥胖组E分值明显低于对照组(P<0.01),N分值明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:儿童单纯性肥胖导致了心理行为及个性的改变,形成了内向、易激惹、社交退缩等行为及个性特征。

Study of Psychological Behavior and Personality in Children with Simplex Obesity

Objective: To study the psychological behaviors and personality in children with simplex obesity,and to provide evidence for eflective intervention.Methods: The experimental group consisting of 60 cases with simplex obesity,and the control group including 60 normal children,received the tests of Achenbach(CBCL) and Eysenk personality questionnaire(EPQ) respectively.Results: ①Scores of hyperactive disorder,breaching principle,coercion and social withdrawal in children with simplex obesity were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.01) in boys.In girls group,the scores of violation of discipline and social withdrawal were higher in the experimental group than in the control group(both P<0.01).②Compared with the health control group,the N scores of EPQ in the children of simplex obesity was higher while E scores was lower(P<0.01).Conclusion: Simple obesity changes children's behaviors and personality into introverte,easy-to-irritating and social withdrawal.
