| 摘 要： | 目的总结和分析残胃癌的外科诊治特点。方法回顾分析我院1991年1月至2005年6月行外科治疗的55例残胃癌患者资料。结果手术切除率为83．64％,根治性切除率为58．18％。行根治性切除患者的3年生存率为40．62％,5年生存率为21．88％。结论根治性外科治疗及病期是决定残胃癌患者预后的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical diagnostic and treatment characteristics of remnant gastric carcinoma. Methods Data of sixty one cases of remnant gastric carcinoma admitted in Jan. 1991-June. 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Surgical resection rate was 83. 64% and radical resection rate was 58. 18%. 3-year survival rate of patients with radical resection was 40. 62% ,5-year survival rate was 21. 88%. Conclusion Radical surgical treatment and the stage of cancer are the key factors for determining the prognosis of patients with remnant gastric carcinoma. |
