生物检材中灭多威HPLC测定

摘    要:建立生物检材中灭多威的固相萃取和HPLC测定。方法:以Φ4.6×150mm色谱分析柱,甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相,检测波长254nm,HPLC测定。结果:血液中药物的平均方法回收率为96.8%,相对偏差3.6%,最低检测浓度为2.4μg/L。1例灭多威中毒死亡者的体内分布为血21.87μg/L、胃内容24.47μg/L、肝7.73μg/L、肾微量。结论:此法工作曲线稳定,灵敏度高,操作步骤简单,已应用于灭多威中毒的法医毒物分析。

Abstract:Objective: To determinate the methomyl in biological tissue specimen by the solidphase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) Methods: The 46150mm YWGCN column was used The mobile phase consisted of methanolwater(25:75)Detection was monitored by ultraviolet absorption at 254nm Results: The average recovery of methomyl was 968%RSD was 360% The lowest detectable concentration of methomyl was 24ng/mlThe concentrations of methomyl in internal of woman died of mythomyl poisoning were as follows: blood 2187%, stomach 2447%, liver 773% and kidney traces Conclusion: The method is stable, high sensitive and easy operation It is suitable for the determination poison concentration in clinical and has been used in forensic science applications on rapid analysis of poisoned
