三叉神经鞘瘤的显微外科治疗（附18例报告）

介绍三叉神经鞘瘤的显微外科手术治疗的经验。方法：对天津医科大学总医院神经外科（１９９０年１月～１９９７年１２月）收治的１８例三叉神经鞘瘤病人进行回顾性分析。结果：本组病例中中颅窝型９例，后颅窝型５例，哑铃型４例。肿瘤全切除１６例，近全切除２例，无一例死亡。结论：显微外科手术是目前治疗三叉神经鞘瘤的最佳方法，而颞下入路适合于任何部位的三叉神经鞘瘤。

MICROSURGICAL TREATMENT OF TRIGEMINAL NEURINOMA

Objective: To summarize the result of microsurgical removal for trigeminal neurinoma Methods: Eighteen patients with trigeminal neurinoma treated in Hospital of Tianjin Medical University was reviewed restropectively Results: Nine patients had tumor limited to the middle cranial fossa, five patients had tumor confined to the posterior cranial fossa and four patients had both supraand infratentorial components of their tumors Tumors were totally removed in sixteen patients and subtotally removed in two patients Total tumor removel were accounted for 89% (16/18), subtotal removal 11% (2/18) There was no operative mortality in this series The followup period ranged from 5 to 60 months Conclusion: The best treatment for trigeminal neurinoma is complete microsurgical removal The subtemporal approach is indicated to all trigeminal neurinomas
