| 摘 要： | 探讨急性胰腺炎患者的甲状腺激素的变化规律及机理。方法：应用放射免疫方法测定２０例急性胰腺炎患者及２０例正常人血清甲状腺激素水平。结果：急性胰腺炎患者血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４水平均低于正常对照组，ＴＳＨ水平高于正常对照组。急性轻型胰腺炎患者血清Ｔ３、ＴＳＨ水平高于急性重型胰腺炎者，而ｒＴ３水平低于急性重型胰腺炎者。讨论：患急性胰腺炎时甲状腺激素测定可以作为反映急性胰腺炎的严重程度、分型的指标和评估预后的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the thyroid function in acute pancreatitis Methods: The content of serum thyroid hormones in 20 patients with acute pancreatitis and in 20 healthy subjects were measured by RIA Results: The contents of serum T3 and T4 in patients with acute pancreatitis was less than that in healthy subjects;the content of serum TSH in patients with acute pancreatitis was higher than that in the controlthe serum T3 and TSH in acute edematous pancreatitis were higher than that in acute sever pancreatitis ; the serum rT3 in acute edematous pancreatitis was less than that in severe pancreatitis Conclusion : The serum thyroid hormone was attributed to the judgement for the severity of the disease and for the prognosis |
