膀胱肿瘤电凝推切术的临床应用研究

目的分析经尿道膀胱肿瘤电凝推切术与传统的经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱癌的临床效果。方法将该院2010年10月-2015年10月收治的非肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者作为研究对象,随机分为接受电凝推切术的观察组及接受传统电切术的对照组,比较两组的闭孔神经反射发生率、膀胱穿孔的发生率、术中出血量和术后出血时间等相关指标。结果观察组的闭孔神经反射率及膀胱穿孔发生率均低于对照组;观察组的术中出血量少于对照组。结论经尿道膀胱肿瘤电凝推切术可明显减少闭孔神经反射发生率、膀胱穿孔发生率及术中出血量,比传统电切术更加安全有效,值得临床广泛推广应用。

Clinical application of transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting of bladder tumor

Objective To analyze the effect between transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting of bladder tumor and traditional transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) for the treatment of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer. Methods Patients with non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer in our hospital were enrolled as research objects and randomly divided into control group received transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting technique, observation group received traditional TURBT from October 2010 to October 2015. Then two group patients'' indicators related to the rate of obturator nerve reflex, the rate of bladder perforation, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative bleeding time were compared. Results The rate of obturator nerve reflex and bladder perforation of observation group was lower than those of control group, the intraoperative blood loss of observation group was shorter than those of control group. Conclusions Transurethral electrocoagulation push cutting of bladder tumor can reduce intraoperative complication rate and intraoperative blood loss, the technique is safer and more effective, and it''s worth widely clinical popularizing.
