大鼠内毒素性发热时血清及丘脑下部铜、锌、铁、镁微量元素含量的变化

摘    要:本实验将24只昆明雄性大白鼠随机均分为三组,即正常对照组,发热高峰组及发热恢复组,给发热组动物腹腔注射大肠杆菌内毒素(ET)。结果发现:发热高峰组动物与正常对照组比较血清Cu含量明显)曾加(P<0.05),血清Fe含量明显减少(P<0.001),Zn、Mg含量虽也有减少,但无显著性差异,恢复组动物与对照组比较血清Cu、Zn、Fe、Mg含量均无明显变化。丘脑下部组织Cu、Zn、Fe和Mg在发热高峰组与对照组比较无明显变化,发热恢复组动物与对照组比较,丘及下部Cu、Zn含量明显增加(P<0.01)。作者认为:大鼠ET发热时血清微量元素Cu、zn、Fe、Mg含量与丘脑下部的含量变化无关,血清Cu含量增加,Fe含量减少可能参与动物发热时的急性期反应,与机体发热时的防御反应有关。

Changes of trace elements Cu、Zn、Mg、Fe in serum and hypothal amus during ET fever in rats

Abstract:Twenty-four male rats were divied into 3 groups:the febrile peak, the recoveryand the normal control.Rats in the febrile groups were peritoneally injected with E. coli endo-toxin(ET). Blood and brain samples were taken at 80 min and l20 min when the body tempera-ture has risen up to the peak, and fallen down back to normal after the injection respectively. The four trace elements Cu,Zn, Fe and Mg in the serum and hypothalamus were assayed withatomic absorption spectrophotometer respectively.The results showed that serum Cu was i n-creased ( P<0.05), and serum Fe was decreased(P<0. 01)in the febrile peak group as com-pared with the control. However, the difference in contents of these four trace elements betweenthe recovery and the control groups was not obvious. Although concentrations of Cu and Zn inhypothalalmus of the recovery group were hight than those in the control group, there was noobvious difference in Cu,Zn or Mg, Fe contents between the febrile peak and the controlgroups,The authors consider that changes in these 4 trace elements in the serum are not relatedto content changes in the hypothalamus during ET fever.The increase in serum Cu and the de-crease in serum Zn may take part in the phase of acute response and the protective response of theorganism during fever.
