启东肝癌与微量元素初步研究

启东是肝癌高发区,其水、土中铜、锌、锰、镍、钴、钼等微量元素富集。粮中铜、锌含量偏高,而硒、钼含量显著降低,与肝癌发病率呈负相关。肝癌高发区居民血液中铜、锌、锰、钴、铅等水平高于低发区,但血硒、钼水平却相反,显著低于低发区。肝癌高发区居民头发中铜、锌、锰均高于低发区,但钼却相反,低于低发区。肝癌惠者头发中铜比自然人群显著增加,但锰却相反。值得注意的是肝癌组织中缺钼或少钼。以上结果表明,肝癌与硒、钼密切相关,而与锰、镍等微量元素的关系有待深入探索。

A Preliminary Study on the Relationship between Primary Liver Cancer and Trace Elements in Qidong Region

Qidong county is one of the most common regions noted for prevalence of primary liver cancer (PLC) in the world. Since 1972, more than 8000 samples of soil, water and many other stuffs were analyzed. Cu, Zn, Mn, Ni,Co, Mo, etc. were rich in the soil and water. Cereal contents of Cu and Zn were also rich, but Se and Mo levels in the grain were low showing negative correlation with that of tissues of patients with PLC. Blood Cu. Zn, Mn, Co and Pb levels of general population in the high incidence regions of PLC were higher than in the low incidence regiens, while blood Se and Mo were significantly lower than in the low regions. The contents of Cu, Zn, Mn of hair in the high incidence regiens of PLC were higher than in the low regions, while hair Mo was lower than in the low regiens. The hair Cu in patients with PLC incroased significantly then in general individuals, but Mn decreased. The tissues of PLC were absent on decreased of Mo. These results suggest that development of PLC might associate closely to Se and Mo. The relationship between PLC and other trace elements, such as Mn, Ni and so on needs further study.
