生物可降解材料聚己内酯微球的细胞相容性体外研究

摘    要:将聚己内酯制成平均粒径 5 .0 8± 0 .2 3μm的微球 ,采用流式细胞术研究经不同纯化处理的微球其浸提液对小鼠成纤维细胞凋亡及细胞周期的影响。结果表明 ,不同的纯化条件对聚己内酯微球的细胞相容性影响巨大。经充分洗涤干燥的产品在给药剂量范围内细胞相容性良好

Abstract:Poly(epsilon-caprolactone) microspheres were fabricated with an average particle size of 5.08 +/- 0.23 microns. The effect of poly(epsilon-caprolactone) microspheres on apoptosis and cell cycle of fibroblast was studied with flow cytometry. The data obtained clearly indicated that poly(epsilon-caprolactone) microspheres purified in different ways showed different cytocompatibility. The well purified microspheres have good cytocompatibility.
