| 摘 要： | 目的：研究脑栓通片对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的影响。方法：通过阻断大鼠一侧大脑中动脉（ＭＣＡ）造成局灶性脑缺血模型（ＭＣＡＯ），观察脑栓通对神经行为、被动性条件反射、脑梗死面积及脑组织病理组织学的影响。结果：脑栓通片可显著改善模型大鼠神经行为症状，提高记忆能力，显著缩小梗死面积，促进坏死灶内血管和胶质细胞增生修复，减少脑组织水肿和炎性细胞浸润。结论：脑栓通片对大鼠局灶性脑缺血具有明显的治疗作用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To study the effects of Naoshuantong tablet (Chinese patent medicine) (NT) on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. METHOD: Focal cerebral ischemia was pruduced in rats by occlusion of middle cerebral artery (MCA) on one side. The therapeutic effects of NT were studied by investigating neurological outcome, passive conditional reflex, infarct size of the brain and pathology of brain tissue. RESULTS: NT could not only improve obviously nervous symptoms and prolong the latent period of the passive conditional reflex, but also lessen the infarct size, promote proliferation and repair of the neogenetic capillary and gliocytes in the malactic and necrotic regions and reduce edema and inflammatory reaction around the necrotic region. CONCLUSION: NT has obvious therapeutic effects on focal cerebral ischemia in rats. |
