| 摘 要： | 目的了解山东省免疫规划工作人员对预防接种不良反应/事件(AEFI)相关知识的知晓程度、所持态度及工作现状。方法对市、县级免疫规划工作人员进行现场问卷调查。结果山东省市、县级免疫规划工作人员对AEFI的一般知识有所了解,但不细致,仍需加强相关培训。AEFI已影响预防接种工作的正常开展,亟需建立和规范AEFI监测系统,完善AEFI的处理和补偿(赔偿)机制。结论山东省免疫规划工作人员对AEFI的信息比较关注,但其报告意识有待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the situation of KAP on adverse events following immunization(AEFI) among staff on immunization programme in Shandong Province.Methods 190 staff were involved in the study in 2004.Results The results showed that all staff should get more training for AEFI because most of them only knew some general but not detailed knowledge about AEFI.The AEFIs have already affected the normal immunization activities and it was urgent to establish a consummate and reasonable AEFI surveillance system and its compensation mechanism.Conclusion Most staff are expected to know more about AEFI,but their consciousness for AEFI reporting should be improved. |
