葛根麻黄颗粒药效学研究

摘    要:目的:考察葛根麻黄颗粒的抗炎、镇痛、解热、免疫作用.方法:用巴豆油致小鼠耳廓肿胀和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验观察其抗炎作用;用小鼠热板法和小鼠扭体法评价其镇痛作用;用副伤寒三联菌苗致家兔发热和酵母致大鼠发热实验观察其解热作用;用炭粒廓清试验和羊红细胞(SRBC)致小鼠迟发性超敏反应(DTH)试验评价其对免疫功能的影响.结果:葛根麻黄颗粒生药18、36 g/kg能明显抑制巴豆油引起的小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀,降低醋酸引起的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高;葛根麻黄颗粒生药9、18、36 g/kg能够明显减少醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数,提高小鼠热板痛阀值;葛根麻黄颗粒生药9、18、36 g/kg对酵母所致大鼠发热有明显的解热作用,生药36 g/kg对副伤寒三联菌所致家兔发热有明显的解热作用;葛根麻黄颗粒生药18、36 g/kg还可明显增强小鼠的吞噬细胞的功能及吞噬速率,生药36 g/kg明显抑制SRBC致小鼠迟发过敏反应.结论:葛根麻黄颗粒具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、解热、免疫增强作用.

Abstract:Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory, analgesic,antipyretic effects and immune function of Gegen Mahuang Granules (GMG).Methods: Auricle swelling induced by croton oil in mice,celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory of GMG;body twist induced by acetic acid in mice,and hot-plate model were used to examine its analgesic effects;fever by typhoid-paratyphoid vaccine in rabbits and by yeast in rats were used to observe its antipyretic effects;and the clearance rate of interavenous charooal particles and DTH allergic reaction induced by SRBC were used to study its immunologic function.Results: GMG 18,36 g/kg significantly inhibited auricle swelling(P<0.05 or P<0.01)and evidently decreased celiac capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01).GMG 9,18,36 g/kg markedly decreased body twist(P<0.05),evidently increase hot-plate pain threshold in mice(P<0.05 or P<0.01) and distinctly inhibit fever induced by yeast in rats(P<0.05 or P<0.01).GMG 36 g/kg evidently decreased the high temperature induced by typhoid-paratyphoid vaccine in rabbits(P<0.05).GMG 18,36 g/kg enhanced the phagocytic function and phagocytosing velocity in mice(P<0.05).GMG 36 g/kg inhibit DTH allergic reaction induced by SRBC in mice(P<0.05).Conclusion: GMG showed obvious anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antipyretic effects and activated immune function.
