| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨门脉海绵样变(cavernous transformation of portal vein,CTPV)的影像表现和预后.方法 分析临床诊断CTPV一例并结合相关文献进行复习.结果 本例CTPV并发马蹄肾、胆总管结石、巨大附件囊肿,术前B超、CT、MR均未诊断出CTPV,术后复查MRA及CTA发现CTPV.结论 CTPV易漏诊,但B超、CT、MR等仍是门脉海绵样变的有效诊断方法.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the imaging manifestation and prognosis of cavernous transformation of portal vein.Methods To analyze one case of CTPV funded on clinic and to review related literatures.Results This case of CTPV complicates with horseshoe kidney、choledocholithiasis and enormous accessory cyst,Preoperative examinations(B ultrasonic、CT and MR) didn’t find CTPV,but after operation,examinations of CTA and MRA find it.Conclusion CTPV is easily missed diagnosis,but B ultrasonic、CT and MR are effective methods to diagnosis it. |
