深圳市小学生口腔保健知识、态度、行为调查

目的　了解深圳市小学生口腔保健知识、态度、行为 (KAP)的现况及患龋情况 ,分析与学生龋齿有关的口腔保健KAP因素 ,为今后制定口腔防治、干预措施 ,有针对性地开展健康教育提供依据。方法　采用整群抽样方法抽取深圳市布心小学 1878名在校学生 ,进行龋齿患病情况检查和口腔保健KAP问卷调查。结果　学生龋齿患病率 6 4 70 % ,学生口腔保健知识、行为得分较低 ,与学生患龋有关的因素主要是口腔保健行为的形成率、知识的知晓率对龋齿的影响较小。结论　深入开展口腔健康教育 ,不仅要增强口腔保健知识和信念 ,还应采取必要的干预措施提高学生口腔保健行为的形成率 ,改善口腔卫生状况 ,降低患龋率

An Investigation of Oral Care Knowledge(K), Attitude(A), Practice(P) and the Relationship with Dental Caries of Pupils in Shenzhen

ObjectiveTo investigate the present situation of oral care knowledge(K), attitude(A), practice(P) and the prevalence of dental c aries of pupils in Shenzhen The main factors of oral care KAP related with den t al caries would be analyzed so as to provide some evidence for constituting the measure of oral prevention and intervening, as well as developing health educati on directly MethodsThere were 1878 pupils of Buxin primary school examined by clustering sampling, dental caries exam and questionnaire sur vey were completed ResultsThe caries prevalence rate was 64 70% and the sc ore of the pupils' oral care knowledge and practice were much lower The formin g rate of oral care practice showed the most important relationship C onclusionOral health educat ion should be enhanced, not only emphasizing the knowledge and faith of oral car e but taking some intervening measure to form correct habit The oral hygiene c ondition would be improved and the prevalence rate of dental caries would be red uced
