| 摘 要： | 目的调动护士的工作积极性、主动性。方法对护士实施人性化管理,使其感到温馨,营造促进护士身心健康的环境氛围,帮助护士实现自我价值。结果护士的工作积极性有了较大的提高,分配的工作能做到按时按质按量完成,工作漏洞减少,病人满意度提高。结论对护士实行情感管理能收到事半功倍的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To mobilize the work activeness and initiative of nurses. Methods CanT out a humanized management to nurses, make nurses felt warm and fragrant, to build the environment atmosphere promoting the physical and mental health of nurses, to help them carry out the ego value. Results The work activeness of the nurse had a bigger exaltation, the work of the allotment could be finished in conformity with the specify quality, quantity and time, the work loophole reduced, patient＇ s satisfaction had an exaltation from original foundation. Condusion To practice the emotion management can receive half effort and double results to the nurse. |
