| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨骨折合并糖尿病围手术期治疗。方法 对38例病人进行临床分析。结果 本组病人无1例死亡，其中2例伤口延迟愈合，1例伤口感染。结论 骨折合并糖尿病病人只要有效控制血糖，可确保围手术期的安全。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the healing of the patients who have diabetes mellitus and fracture around operation period,Methods 38 patients were analysed,Results None of the patients died, 2 incisions cure was postponed and 1 was infected,Conclusion The safety around operation period can be ensured with the patients who have diabetes mellitus and fracture so long as the blood sugar can be effectively controlled. |
