| 摘 要： | 建立了离子对反相ＨＰＬＣ快速分离肌酸（Ｃｒ）、磷酸肌酸（ＣｒＰ）、次黄嘌呤（ＨＸ）、次黄嘌呤（ＨＸ）、次黄嘌呤核７种与能量代谢有关的物质，可在１０ｍｉｎ获得满意的基线分离，大鼠脑组织７种物质回收率在８３％￣１２５％。本文还探讨了组织样品测定中的重要影响因素。

| Abstract: | rapid ion-reversed phase HPLC methd was established to separate Cr ,Crp ,HX,Ino,AMP ,ADP and ATP. Simultaneous determination of these compounds in brain, heart andskeletal muscle with this method has achieved satisfaclory baseline resolution within l0 min. Therecoveries of the above compounds from rat brain were between 83%to l25%. The influence ofsampling on the quantitative assay of these compounds from tissues was also discussed. |
