| 摘 要： | 连续测定３８例颅脑损伤患儿血清心肌酶谱，发现小儿重型颅脑损伤心甩酶谱明显改变，结合ＥＣＧ检查，提示小儿重型颅脑损伤存在下不同和蔼的心肌损害，建议在治疗重型颅脑损伤的同时，注意对心脏的保护及监测。

| Abstract: | We measured myocardial enzymes of 38 patients with craniocerebral injury and ECG. The results showed that myocardial enzymes markedly incrcased and abnormal ECG in patients with seriouse craniocerebral injury have myocardial harm. So it is necessary to take care of heart is treating serious craniocerebral injury. |
