摘    要:目的对甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-HMF进行定量。方法应用系数倍率法与吸收度减法技术联用,不经分离在284nm、320nm波长处直接测定。结果消除了甲硝唑的吸收干扰,测得5-HMF在284nm波长处的吸收度。结论方法简单,结果准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To determine the concentrations of 5-HMF in metronidazode and glucose injection. METHODS To perform by combined usage of K-ratio spectrophotomerty and absorbance subtraction technique technique at 284nm and 320nm without separating. RESULTS Presents the absorbace of 5-HMF at 284nm,the interference of metronidazole was eliminated. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate.
