| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨治疗难治性及复发性急性白血病的有效方案。方法:对25例难治性及复发性急性白血病患者,采用米托蒽醌(Mx)、阿糖胞苷(AraC)、安吖啶(AMSA)和足叶乙甙(VP16)组成的MAAE方案治疗。用法:第1～3天Mx10mg/天,静脉滴注;第1～7天AraC200mg/天,静脉滴注;第1～3天AMSA75mg/天,静脉滴注;第1～4天VP16100mg/天,静脉滴注,7天为1疗程。结果:经1～3个疗程,25例患者中14例完全缓解(CR),占56%,5例部分缓解(PR),占20%,总有效率为76%。结论:MAAE方案治疗难治性及复发性急性白血病取得较好疗效,主要不良反应为骨髓移植。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the best therapeutic regimen for refractory and relapsed acute leukemia(AL).Method: 25 cases of refractory and relapsed AL were treated with MAAE (Mx ,Ara-C,AMSA,VP16) regimen,which was consisted of Mx 10 mg/d (d1～3 intravenousdrop),Ara-C 200 mg/d (d1～7 intravenousdrop),AMSA 75 mg/d (d1～3 intravenousdrop) and VP16100 mg/d(d1～4 intravenousdrop).Results: In the 25 cases with refractory and relapsed acute leukemia,14 cases (56%) reached complete remission,5 patients(20%) reached partial remission,the total effective rate was 76%.Conclusion: MAAE regimen for refractory and relapsed acute leukemia can get a good result,the major side effect is marrow inhibition. |
