儿童期重症肌无力外周血Th17相关细胞因子的水平

目的:对Th17相关细胞因子在儿童期重症肌无力患者中的表达水平进行研究。方法:选取60例儿童期重症肌无力患者为试验(CMG)组,50例健康对照儿童为正常对照(HC)组,采集2组儿童的外周血,采用ELISA方法对其外周血中IL-23、IL-12/23p40及IL-17A水平进行检测。结果:与HC组相比,CMG组外周血中IL-23、IL-12/23p40及IL-17A的水平明显升高(P0.05)。结论:儿童期重症肌无力患者外周血Th17相关细胞因子水平明显升高,提示其可能参与儿童期重症肌无力的发病过程。

Levels of Serum Th17-related Cytokines in Patients with Childhood-onset Myasthenia Gravis

To investigate expression levels of serum Th17-related cytokines in patients withchildhood-onset myasthenia gravis(CMG). Methods: Sixty patients with CMG were recruited to the CMGgroup, and 50 age-matched healthy controls were recruited to the HC group. Serum sample was taken fromsubjects in both groups. Serum titers of IL-23, IL-12/23p40, and IL-17A were quantified by ELISA. Results:Compared with HC group, the levels of IL-23, IL-12/23p40, and IL-17A in CMG group were remarkablyincreased (P<0.05). Conclusion: The levels of serum Th17-related cytokines were significantly increased inpatients with childhood-onset myasthenia gravis, suggesting that it might be involved in the pathogenesis of thedisease
