| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）是一种可预防、可治疗的常见呼吸系统疾病，以持续性气流受限为主要特征，而肺癌是影响和危害人类健康的常见恶性肿瘤之一，也是COPD重要的合并症。半数以上的肺癌病人合并有COPD，肺癌发病的重要危险因素之一是COPD。多层螺旋CT是COPD和肺癌的重要诊断手段，对于COPD与肺癌的相关性研究及肺功能评价起到越来越重要的作用。就多层螺旋CT在COPD合并肺癌研究中的进展予以综述。

| Abstract: | Chronicobstructivepulmonarydisease(COPD)isacommonrespiratorydiseasecharacterizedbyapersistentairflowlimitation,thatcanbepreventedandtreated.Lungcancerisoneofthemostcommonmalignanttumorswhichinfluencesandharmstopeople’shealth,alsoisoneimportantcomplicationofCOPD.MorethanhalfoflungcancerpatientscombinedwithCOPD,andCOPDisconsideredtobeoneoftheimportantriskfactorsoflungcancer.MultisliceCTisanimportantdiagnostictoolforCOPDandlungcancer.ItplaysanincreasinglyimportantroleinthestudyofcorrelationbetweenCOPDandlungcancer,andtheevaluationofpulmonaryfunction.Inthispaper,theprogressofmulti-sliceCTinCOPDcombinedwithlungcancerwasreviewed. |
