| 摘 要： | 肝细胞肝癌(HCC)淋巴管生成与淋巴转移的机制较为复杂.研究发现HCC淋巴管生成与淋巴转移与血管内皮生长因子-C(VEGF-C)的高表达、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)降解肝细胞周围基质等有密切的关系.

| Abstract: | The mechanisms of lymphangiogenesis and lymphatic metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma are complex. Studies show that they are closely related to the high expression of vascular epithelial growth factor (VEGF)- C, degradation of liver cells surrounding matrix caused by matrix metalloproteinase. |
