大肠癌中Livin和Survivin的表达及相关性研究

目的探讨大肠癌中Livin和Survivin的表达及相关性。方法选择40例经病理检查证实的大肠癌患者的癌组织及其癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组化sP法检测组织中Livin和Survivin蛋白的表达,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析大肠癌组织中Livin和Survivin的相关性。结果大肠癌组织中Livin蛋白的阳性表达率为75％,Survivin蛋白的阳性表达率为70％,均高于癌旁组织的阳性表达率（分别为20．0％和2．5％）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）;Livin和Survivin在大肠癌组织中的表达有关（P〈0．05）。结论Livin和Survivin在大肠癌中具有协同作用,联合检测Livin及Survivin蛋白具有重要的临床意义。

The expressions of livin and survivin in colorectal cancer and the relationship between the two genes

Objective To investigate the expressions of livin and survivin in colorectal carcinoma and the correlation between the two genes. Methods Forty cancer tissue specimens and adjacent cancer tissue specimens from patients with colorectal carcinoma that had been confirmed by pathological examination were used to investigate the expressions of livin and survivin by using a SP immu- nohistochemical method. The correlation between the two genes was analyzed by using the Pearson correlation analysis. Results The expressions of livin and survivin in colorectal carcinoma were found to be 75% and 70%, respectively, which were significantly higher than that in the adjacent cancer tissues （20. 0% and 2. 5 % ） （P 〈0. 05）. There was a correlation between livin and survivin expressions （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Livin and survivin in colorectal cancer have a synergistic effect. Combined detection of protein expressions of livin and survivin has an important clinical significance.
