冠心病患者中性粒细胞功能和形态研究

Function and morphology of neutrophil in coronary heart disease

Chemiluminescence,myeloperoxidase content and morphology of neutrophil were measured in patients with coronary heart disease.The results showed that chemilum-inescence,myeloperoxidase content and morphology of the neutrophil from patients withstable angina showed no change as compared with that of the control subjects( P>0.05).The neutrophil of unstable angina and acute myocardial infarction exhibited marked pseu-dopod formation and granule extrusion under electronic microscopy.The neutrophil chemi-luminescence from these patients was increased markedly(P<0.01),and the degree of theincrease in acute myocardial infarction was much more than unstable angina( P<0.01).But the myeloperoxidase content in neutrophil was much less( P<0.01).The neutrophilchemiluminescence in patients with acute myocardial infarction was associated with the ex-tent of infarction. These results showed that an enhanced neutrophil function in patientswith unstable angina or acute myocardial infarction. Neutrophil may play an importantrole in pathogenesis of coronary heart disease.
