白癜风患者外周血T淋巴细胞异常活化

摘    要:本文以人类白细胞抗原DR位点(HLA-DR)及白细胞介素2受体亚单位P55和P75(IL-2R,P55和IL-2R,P75)的表达为T淋巴细胞活化的指标,用双色免疫标记流式细胞法对白癜风患者外周血T淋巴细胞(VPBTL)进行分析。实验发现:HLA-DR在VPBTL及其亚群T辅助细胞(Th,CD4^+细胞)和T抑制细胞(Ts,CD8^+细胞)的表达均明显高于正常人,分别为:49.62%比14.54%

Abstract:In view of the facts that vitiligo is an organ-specific autoimmune diseaseof the skin,and that T lymphocytes playa central role in autoimmunity, the expressionof HLA-DR and interleukin 2 receptor subunits P75 and P55(IL-2R, P75,and IL-2R,P55)on T lymphocytes and its subpopulation from the peripheral blood of vitiligo patients wasdetected as the indicators of T lymphocyte activation with two-color immunocytometry.The expression rates of HLA-DR in T lymphocytes as well as T lielpers(Th, CD4 )andT suppressors(Ts,CD4 )from the peripheral blood of vitiligo patientswere much higherthan those of normal controls (49.62%vs.14.54%; 43.14%vs 13.09%;41.39%vs.16.38% respectively).Much higher expression of IL-2R,P75 was detected in T lymphocytes aswell as Th and Ts of vitiligo than those of normal controls (38.54%vs,13.05%;35.73%v.17.08%; 49.69%vs.18.10% respectively).However,there is no diffe- rence in the expression of IL-2R,P55 between vitiligo patients and normal controls.Theresults show an aberrant activation of T lymphocytes and its subpopulations Th and Ts in vitiligo patients indicating existence of autoimmune responses in vitiligo. Further studies are necessary for demonstrating the connection of the aberrant activation of T lym-phocytes to local melanocyte loss in vitiligo.
