巯甲丙脯酸对实验性冠状动脉痉挛致左室功能不全的作用

Effects of captopril on the CAS-induced left ventricular dysfunction

An animal model of coronary artery spasm was prepared by means of intracoronary ergonovine in 21 dogs which were divided at random into control group and treated group(captopril 5 mg/kg). ECG,hemodynamics,coronary angiography,left ventriculography,colour doppler echocardiogram,quantitation of angiotensin I,II and atrial natriuretic peptide were measured,and pathologic studies were carried out in both groups. It was revealed that captopril could expand the coronary arteries,reduce the pulmonary edema, alleviate the ventricular arrythmias and improved the left ventricular function in coronary artery spasm.
