| 摘 要： | 本文对14例I期原发性高血压患者及14例正常人血浆进行ANP放射免疫测定。实验结果显示原发性高血压患者心房肽水平高于正常人(p<0.02);24小时尿量明显高于对照组(p<0.01);血浆肾素活性(PRA)也明显高于正常人(p<0.001)。

| Abstract: | The plasma ANP radioimmunoassay was carried out on 14 cases with the first stage essential hypertension and on 14 normal subjects. The results show that the plasma ANP level of the patients with essential hypertension is higher than that of the normal subjects(p<0.02). Meanwhile, the 24 hours urine amount and the plasma renin activity (PRA) of the essential hypertensive subjects are also higher than the normal group (p<0.01; p<0.001, respectively). |
