雄激素与男性骨质疏松症

摘    要:雄激素是男性生长发育的重要激素,除参与生殖作用外,还影响机体的其他代谢过程,如骨代谢。雄激素在骨的生长发育和维持内环境的稳定中有重要作用。经研究证实骨细胞表面有雄激素受体,表明雄激素对骨细胞的作用是直接的;同时,雄激素经芳香化酶转化为雌激素也是一条重要的调节途径。雄激素在获得骨峰值和维持骨量中起重要作用,并且与年龄相关性骨量丢失的关系相当密切。

Abstract:Androgen is the most important hormones in male growth and development,which also can affect the other metabolic processes such as bone metabolism besides its efeect on reproduction.Androgen plays an important role in bone growth and development as well as in maintaining the stability of internal environment.Studies showed that there are androgen receptors on the surface of osteocyte,which also suggested that androgen has direct effect on osteocyte,meanwhile,of which the transformation into estrogen by aromatizing enzyme is its another regulating method.Androgen plays an important role in having peak bone mass as well as in maintaining bone mass,furthermore,which also has close relationship with age-related bone loss.
