喉咽癌12例诊治体会

目的:探讨喉咽癌早期诊断与治疗方法.方法:12例确诊为喉咽癌的患者均行以手术为主的综合治疗,其中部分喉咽或梨状窝切除5例,部分喉咽半喉切除1例,部分喉咽全喉切除3例,喉咽、喉食管上端切除3例,均行组织修补,对颈部淋巴结采用根治性颈淋巴清扫术或选择性颈淋巴清扫术.结果:1例术后1年内肺部转移行化疗,存活2年以内3例,存活3年3例,存活5年1例,其它失访.结论:有咽喉非特异性症状应加强查体做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗.喉咽肿瘤应根据肿瘤的特征及患者情况采取综合性,个体化的治疗原则.

Diagnosis and the surgical treatment of the laryngopharyngeal carcinoma-with 12 cases report

Objective:To explore the early diagnosis and the treatment of the laryngopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:12 cases of the confirmed laryngopharyngeal carcinoma,are all under the complex therapy,but the surgical treatment is primarily.5 cases with partial laryngopharyngeal and the pyriform sinus resection,1 case with laryngopharyngeal hemilaryngogectomy,3 cases with total laryngectomy and 3 cases underwent laryngopharyngeal and upper part of the esophagus resection.We adopt the 1radical neck dissection or the selective neck dissection for positive cervical lymph node metastasis.Results:1 case with pulmonary metastasis after 1 year,and recieve chemical therapy,3 cases survive over 2 years,3 cases survive over 3 years,1 case survive more than 5 years.Conclusions:The patients with the non-special symptoms of the laryngopharynx should be check-up furthermore.The diagnosis and treatment earlier is very important.
