化痰通络颗粒治疗风痰瘀阻证脑梗死临床研究

目的观察化痰通络颗粒治疗脑梗死临床疗效并探讨其作用机制.方法选择符合中西医诊断标准及辨证属风痰瘀阻证脑梗死病人90例,随机分为治疗组46例和对照组44例.治疗组应用化痰通络颗粒配合复方丹参注射液静脉输注,对照组单用复方丹参注射液静脉输注,治疗3周后评定疗效,比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、血液流变学指标及血脂.结果治疗组在临床疗效、改善血液流变性及调节血脂代谢等方面明显优于对照组(P＜0.01).结论化痰通络颗粒能提高风痰瘀阻证脑梗死的治疗效果,是治疗风痰瘀阻证脑梗死安全有效的药物.

Clinical Study on Cerebral Infarction with Wind- phlegm Syndrome and Stasis Treated by Huatan- Tongluo Granule

Objective To observe clinical curative effect on cerebral infarction with syndrome of wind-phlegm stasis treated by Huatan-Tongluo granule.Methods 90 cases according to the standard of TCM and Western Medicine were diagnosed as apoplexy with syndrome of wind-phlegm stasis. All cases were randomly divided into the therapy group(46 case) and the control group(44 case). Patients in therapy group were treated with Huatan-Tongluo granule combined with compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection,however control group was treated by compound salvia miltiorrhiza injection. After three weeks, take a comparison between two group base on the clinical standard that estimate apoplectic curative effect. And compared two groups base on three factor: TCM syndrome grade, changes in blood rheology index and blood lipid.Results The therapy group index such as curative effect, blood rheology ,and blood lipid are obviously better then the control group. There were statistically significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion It is proved that Huatan-Tongluo granule can enhanced the curative effect of cerebral infarction with syndrome of wind-phlegm stasis. Its principles is to improve blood rheology index and reduce blood lipid. The Huatan Tonglou granule is safe and effective TCM drugs on treatment for cerebral infarction.
