| 摘 要： | 糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病最主要并发症之一,严重影响人类健康及生活质量,其发病机制尚未清楚。有研究表明炎症反应及细胞因子与DR的发生发展密切相关,我们就近年来相关研究进展作以综述。

| Abstract: | Diabetic retinopathy is one of the most serious complications of diabetes mellitus,which affects the health and quality of life seriously.The current studies demonstrate that inflammatory reaction and cytokine play a major role in the development of diabetic retinopathy.This article reviews current studies about inflammatory factor and cytokine. |
