临床路径在精索静脉曲张手术中的应用

目的:评价临床路径应用于精索静脉曲张手术的临床效果。方法:同期选取41例实施临床路径管理(路径组)与41例非临床路径组管理(非路径组),对住院费用、住院时间、抗生素的使用费用等指标进行综合比较、评价。结果:路径组与非路径组住院费用分别为(3 817.13±216.18)元和(3 817.13±216.18)元,住院时间分别为(4.85±0.93)d和(7.39±2.64)d,抗生素费用分别为(291.55±24.65)元和(772.48±92.68)元,P均<0.001,两组在三项评价指标上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床路径应用于精索静脉曲张手术是可行的方法,可以降低住院费用及抗生素使用费用,缩短住院时间。

Application of clinical pathway in varicocele surgery

Objective To evaluate the effect of clinical pathway in the utility of varicocele surgery. Method Total 41 patients with varieoeele treated with clinical pathway （the pathway group） and 41 patients received the routine treatment （the nopathway group） were selected,and some indexes including total hospitalization cost,time, antiboics expense and other indexes were compared and assessed comprehensively. Results The costs of the above two groups are （3 817.13 ± 216.18） yuan vs. （3 817.13 ± 216. 18） yuan, hospitalization time are （4. 85 ± 0.93） days vs. （ 7.39 ± 2.64 ） days ,＇and antiboics expense are （ 291.55 ± 24. 65 ） yuan vs. （ 772.48 ± 92. 68 ） yuan. There are extraordinary significance between the two groups in the above three indexes （P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The clinical pathway can reduce hospitalization cost and antiboics expense, also shorten hospitalization time. It is a feasible method which can be used in varicocelc surgery.
