深圳市阻断班氏丝虫病传播的策略和措施

摘    要:目的 探索阻断班氏丝虫病流行传播的策略和技术措施,消灭班氏丝虫病。方法 全民普查,确定班氏丝虫病流行分布;分析班氏丝虫生物学特点,选用了反复防治病原为主导的策略;制定和推广应用反复查治病原、查治结合重点村全民服药、查治结合重点流行区服食海群生掺拌食盐等防治技术措施;建立监测系统,消灭残存传染源。结果 1998年,广东省卫生厅组织专家对我市进行消灭丝虫病审评,确认我市已阻断班氏丝虫病传播,达到了消灭丝虫病标准。结论 单一针对病原的技术措施,能达到阻断班氏丝虫病传播,达到消灭班氏丝虫病的目的。

Abstract:Objective To studies the strategy and technical measures for interrupting the transmission of bancroftian filariasis. Methods To perform a large scale blood survey for determine the filariasis epidemic area; To studies the measures and effect of blood examination diagnosis and hetrazan (DEC) treatment; To draw up and implement the technical measures of examination and treating the infection sources repeatedly; To formulate a surveillance system and eradicate remaining infection sources. Results Control strategies of treating infection sources was established. Repeated investigation and treatment of microfilaremia were carried out. The bancroftian filariasis transmission had been interrupted and the bancroftian filariasis had been eradicated through out Shenzhen city in 1998 and evaluated by the experts of Guangdong Provincial Public Health Bureau. Conclusion Bancroftian filariasis transmission can be interrupted and eradication can be achieved by the technical measurses of infection sources.
