大血藤叶片提取物抑菌作用的初步研究

目的:探讨大血藤叶片提取物抑菌作用;方法:采用70%乙醇、60%丙酮及沸水三种溶剂对大血藤叶片进行提取,并以金黄色葡萄球菌为菌株,以平板二倍稀释法统计MIC,以试管二倍稀释法计算MBC,以菌落计数法绘制杀菌曲线.结果:显示大血藤叶片三种溶剂的提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌均有明显的抑制作用,其中沸水提取物的抑制效果最明显,其次是60%丙酮提取物,再次是70%乙醇提取物.最低抑菌浓度沸水提取物MIC90为25mg/ml,60%丙酮提取物MIC90为100mg/ml,,70%乙醇提取物MIC90为200mg/ml.大血藤叶片沸水提取物随着浓度的降低,对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌作用明显下降,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)为500mg/ml.结论:大血藤叶片具有明显的抑菌作用.

Primary Study on the Anti-microbial Activity of Sargentodoxa Cuneata Leafblades Extracts

Leafblades of Sargentodoxa cuneata leafblades were extracted from 70% ethanol,60% acetone and boiled water.MIC was determined by use of agar dilution method.MBC was measured by tube dilution method.The xolony count was observed and the inhibitory curve was prepared using Staphylococcus aureus as the model.The results showed that the best anti microbial activity of Sargentodoxa cuneata leafblades extracts treated with boiled water was observed with MIC 90 of 25mg/ml.The second was extracts dealed with 60% acetone with MIC 90 of 100mg/ml.The third was extracts treated with 70% ethanol with MIC 90 of 200mg/ml.The antibacterial activity declined along with the fall of the content of Sargentodoxa cuneata leafblades extracts treated with boiled water and MBC of that was 500mg/ml.All the results showed that the obvious anti bacterial activity was observed in Sargentodoxa cuneata leafblades extracts.
