| 摘 要： | 目的研究顺行趾侧方皮瓣修饰再造手指的新方法。方法对16例再造手指,利用趾背动脉之间、趾背与趾足底固有动脉之间及趾足底固有动脉之间在浅筋膜内存在吻合,设计顺行趾侧方皮瓣,将其嵌入再造手指跖侧,消除再造手指中段狭细的形态。结果16例18个顺行趾侧方皮瓣全部成活,再造手指外形非常满意。结论该方法是修饰再造手指外形的良好方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate a new method for the modification and reconstruction of finger with toe lateral antegrade island flap.Method According to the anastomosis between dorsal digital arteries and proper plantar digital arteries in superficial fascia-toe lateal antegrade island flap was designed on 16 cases and isserted in reconstructed finger on plantar side to eliminate middle stenosis.Results All of the eighteen toe lateral antegrade island flaps survived on 16 cases-the shape of the reconstructed finger was satisfying.Conclusion This method is fine to modify the shape of reconstructed finger. |
