| 摘 要： | 为12例膀胱肿瘤患者采用低压回肠袋代膀脱手术，取得了满意效果。护理要点是，要妥善固定各种引流管，防止脱落，严格无菌操作，严防引流浪返流，防止送行感染体后持续冲洗膀胱，保持各引流等通畅。通过精心护理，促进了患者康复。

| Abstract: | we undergo reconstruction of bladder with low pressure ileum on 12 patients ofbladder tumor, and get satisfying results. Its nursing points: prevent detachJnent of the drainage tube, aseptic management, prevent reflux of drainage fluid and retrograde infection,continuous irrigation of bladder, leave drainage unobstructed. |
