25例不典型结核性脑膜炎的临床分析

目的总结不典型结核性脑膜炎的诊断方法,以避免误诊。方法结合临床表现、脑脊液、影像学等辅助检查,回顾性分析25例不典型结脑的临床资料。结果25例患者临床表现多无特异性,与其它颅内感染及脑血管病难以鉴别,只有综合分析,才能得以确诊。结论在缺乏典型临床表现情况下,脑脊液反复检查可呈典型改变,影像学检查对诊断有重要意义。

Clinical analysis of atypical tuberculous meningitis:A report of 25 cases

Objective To summarize the diagnostic of atypical tuberculous meningitis in order to avoid misdiagnosis.Methods By clinical manifestations.cerebrospinal fluid and iconography examination.Clinical data were analysed retrospectively in 25 patients with tuberculous meningitis.Results The clinical manifestations of 25 patients tuberculous meningitis were not specific in its early and middle course and often indistinguishable from other intracranial infections and stroke.A comprehensive consideration are necessitated in identification of the disease.Conclusion At lack of the clinical manifestation of typical tuberculosis meningitis.The laboratory parameters as CSF can be the typical positive findings might be displayed in the repeated follow-up examinations.iconography are important to confirmed diagnosis.
