| 摘 要： | 目的：比较内窥镜术和柯陆氏术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法：２０例患者术前，术后上颌窦腔粘膜组织学分析及临床疗效观察。结果：鼻内窥镜术后粘膜上皮细胞排列整齐，纤毛数量增多，均匀；杯状细胞减少；腺体囊状扩张消失；炎症细胞浸润消失或明显减少。临床观察内窥镜术治率高于柯祟氏术。结论：内窥镜术治疗鼻窦炎较柯祟氏术更为有效。鼻窦粘膜的组织学改变也可作为鼻窦术后疗效的判定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare endoscopy maneuver with Caldwell-luc operation for the treatment of chronic.sinusitis.Methods:Histology of sinus mucosa were analyzed in 20 individuals pre and post operation.Result:After endoscopy maneuver the epithelial cells queued in order and the cilia increased in number.Chalice cells decreased;adenoid cystic dilated and inflammatory cells disappeared or lessened.The result showed that the cure rate of endoscopy was more effective than the Cadwell-luc operation. Conclusion:Endoscopy maneuver was more effective than Cadwell-luc operation and study on histology change of mucosa can be recommended as useful method in determming effect of operation. |
