家庭因素对代谢综合征患者运动行为的影响

目的：探讨家庭因素对代谢综合征患者运动行为的影响。方法：2007年6月对上海豫园社区3个居委的134例代谢综合征患者进行问卷调查。结果：有运动的家庭中的代谢综合征患者参加运动的比例为86．5％，明显高于非运动组代谢综合征患者参加运动的比例（36．6％），P〈0．05；家庭功能良好组的代谢综合征患者参加运动的比例为87．4％，明显高于家庭功能障碍组（32．3％），P〈0．05。结论：良好的家庭功能、家庭成员有规律参加运动可以对代谢综合征患者参加运动的比例的增加产生积极影响。

Effect of family factors on the exercise behaviors of patients with metabolic syndrome

Objective： To investigate the effect of family factors on the exercise behaviors of patients with metabolic syndrome.Methods： The questionnaire was designed and the survey was conducted in 134 patients with metabolic syndrome at three residents＇ committees of Shanghai Yuyuan Community in June 2007. Results： The exercise score was 86.5% for the patients with metabolic syndrome in the families with the sports background, which was significantly higher than that of the patients in the families without the sports background （36.6%, P〈0.05）. The patients in the group with better family function had significantly higher exercise score than those in the group with poor family function （87.4% vs 32.3%, P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Better family function and regular exercise has positive effects on the exercise behaviors of the patients with metabolic syndrome.
