纤维粘连蛋白和层粘连蛋白在宫颈癌的表达变化

摘    要:用免疫组化SABC法分析了11例正常宫颈组织、11例上皮内瘤样病变(CINⅡ~Ⅲ)级和29例宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌的细胞外基质和上皮细胞/癌细胞中纤维粘连蛋白(FN)和层粘连蛋白(LN)的表达变化.结果发现CIN和宫颈癌细胞外基质中FN和LN均有明显减损.FN在CIN和宫颈癌细胞外基质中减损率分别为36.4%、75.9%;LN在CIN和宫颈癌细胞外基质中减损率分别为54.5%、96.8%.差异均有显著意义.正常宫颈上皮细胞无FN和LN的表达.提示细胞外基质中FN和LN的减损对宫颈癌的发生和发展具有重要意义.

The Expression Change of Fibronectin and Laminin in Cervical Carcinoma
Abstract:To clarify intracellular and extracellular expression of fibronectin (FN) and laminin (LN) in cervical neoplasia, 11 cases of normal cervical cervix, 11 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 29 cases of invasive squamous cell carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemical strep aviodin biotin enzyme complex technique. Th expression of FN and LN were significantly decreased in the extracellular matrix (ECM) of CIN and invasive carcinoma. Percent decrease cases for FN in ECM was 36 4 % for CIN and 75 9 % for invasive carcinomas. Percent decrease cases for LN in ECM was 54 5 % for CIN and 96 6 % for invasive carcinoma respectively. No expression of FN or LN was detected in normal epithelium. The findings suggested that degradation of FN and LN in ECM and detectable expression of FN and LN in cells might play an important role in the development and progression of cervical carcinoma.
