| 摘 要： | 本文报道复方环磷酰胺对小鼠移植性肿瘤的影响。结果表明,复方环磷酰胺大、中、小剂量对小鼠移植性S_(180)荷瘤及肝癌实体瘤的瘤重具有明显的剂量依赖性抑制作用,其抑制率均高于环磷酰胺各相同剂量组。小剂量的复方环磷酰胺还能升高移植性S_(180)荷瘤小鼠的白细胞计数。

| Abstract: | Effect of compound cyclophosphamide on tumor-bearing mice is described in this paper. Experimental resulst indicated that compound cyclophosphamide has markedly inhibiting effect of dose dependence on bearing S_(180) and hepatoma ascitas in mice, the inhibiting rate was higherthan cyclophosphamide of the same dose. Compound cyclophosphamide of small dose may increase red -cell count of S_(180) bearingmice. |
