187例女性生殖系统支原体感染情况及药物敏感性分析

[目的]分析女性生殖系统支原体感染情况及药物敏感性.[方法]采用支原体培养、鉴定及药物敏感性一体化试剂盒对生殖系统炎症患者行支原体检测及药物敏感性试验.[结果]393例生殖系统感染的患者中支原体检测阳性者为187例,其中解脲脲原体感染者为162例(86.6%),人型支原体感染者为5例(2.6%),解脲脲原体及人型支原体混合感染者为20例(10.6%);21～30岁年龄段感染率最高;强力霉素和美满霉素的耐药率较低.[结论]女性泌尿生殖系统支原体感染率较高,宜常规进行检测,并根据药物敏感性试验结果合理选用抗生素.

Analysis on 187 cases of female infection patterns and drug sensitivity test of ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasmas hominis

OBJECTIVETo investigate the female infection patterns of urinogenital mycoplasma and to (analyze) the drug sensitivity test of the mycoplasma.METHODSThe samples collected from the patients with urinogenital infection were performed using the kit for mycoplasma culture, identification and drug sensitivity test.RESULTS187 of 393 patients were mycoplasma positive. Among them, 162 cases(86.6%) were (ureaplasma) urealyticum(Uu) positive, 5 cases(2.6%) were mycoplasmas hominis (Mh) positive and 20 cases(10.6%)were both Uu and Mh positive. Most of the patients with mycoplasma were 21～30 years old. The drug resistance rate of doxcycline and minomycin were lowest.CONCLUSIONThe female infection rate of (mycoplasma) was high, and mycoplasma should be tested on routine, and the antibiotics should be adopted (according) to the result of drug sensitivity.
